It is a big challenge in any situation. We shoul reserve our comments until we are in the position of power. Nonetheless, most o the time power corrupts and a great many times, it corrupts absolutely. It is not a sin to want power, but you can easily sin if you have it. Thus, want it not, just be your good self and if it comes to you in any forms, respect and cherish it as a loan from a good friend.
If it beceomes too unberable not have it, watch the many incarnataions of the power rangers and better yet, wear the tee shirts.
Power can be the reason for people to sin especially related to money. This is because they are eager to have power. When they are having it, they might use it in a wrong way for their own purposes. Therefore, determination is vital for them. Use the power wisely and benificial to surrounding people.Lastly, we should be thanful and appreciate it.

For example, father will have a power to teach or to show their family with good example or bad, prime minister will or will not rule the country with corruption, a company leader that corrupted or not with the company money. It is depends on people, how they'll use their power. There is a Hadith stated that; Behold! Everyone of you is a leader and you shall be asked about those you lead. Imam is a leader over the people and shall be asked about them; a man is a leader of the house and shall be asked about his household ; a woman is a leader over her children and she shall be asked about them.” (Reported Abdullah Ibn Omar in Bukhari and Muslim ).
ReplyDeleteThus for muslim, they shall use the power that he had to rule or show some good example so that on the day of judgement, when Allah ask them about their leadership, they will have the answer.
Power should be encourage people to go to a healthy competition but nowadays there’s no more people go to that way but most of us much prefer to struggling fight for the power , money and position to get respect from the others . I agree wish of power not bring to sins but depends on the way we handle and our intention of it.
ReplyDeleteThere are many types of power. One of them is good one, for example, soft power. I am truly amazed at soft power of my former class monitor. When he speaks, he does not need to raise his voice because everyone automatically tunes in when he speaks. Such soft power motivate a lot of people to pitch in and follow him.
ReplyDeletePower is an invisible thing which most of the human being are fighting for it. They think can get everything after they have power. Therefore they start to compete with others. Someone who has extreme thinking will think all kind of method to get it without care of the result. It will bring many negative influences to the society. People will become greedy because they are trying to reach the peak of the power. Slowly, our thinking will start to skew toward the negative side.

ReplyDeleteBut in reality , power is not that simple. Power is not simple as we imagine it. Political power has been one of the strongest power since it bent the true statement into false statement. Power should be use in good way for human good.
As we know, power can be strong and weak. If we can control well, power is the good stuff to help us in daily life. There are various of power, as Jack says, power is not that simple in daily life. Some of the people misuse and abuse their power for their own benefits. Strong political power may cause someone to lose their mind. So, we must try to control the power well and use it in the good way.
